Ice Fishing

We went Ice Fishing at Chesterfield today. We had a lot of fun and caught a lot of fish! Sierra thought it was really fun and was the best Ice scooper, she kept the holes really clean! Bailey was a great fisherwoman. She got the hooks out of the fish that she caught and baited her own hook! We stayed warm and had a great time--daddy is a fun Ice Fishing guide.

Temple Visit

We got to go through the open house for the Rexburg Temple. The Girls thought it was really neat! Their favorite thing was the amazing Chandeler in the Celestial room. It was a fun opportunity for us, we got to go with my parents, Brook and her family, and my Grandma. Sierra and Paige held hands the whole time, and Bailey said she couldn't wait to be able to do Baptisms for the Dead. I was so glad that our family had the chance to go and see this temple before it was dedicated. They will always remember the trip, we drive by the temple every time we go to Grandma and Grandpa's house!

Sledding

The girls got to go on their new sled that they got for Christmas. They got all bundled up, and we hooked it up to the 4wheeler and pulled them around the fields. As you can tell from the picute they LOVED it. Sierra kept saying that she thought it would be scary, but it was really fun! Bailey offered to sit in front of Sierra so that Sierra wouldn't get the snow from the tires of the 4 wheeler in her face--what a nice sister!

Christmas Day!

The Girls were so excited this morning! Bailey woke up at 5:30 and just didn't know if she could wait any longer. She made it until 6:30 when she woke up Sierra and we got to see what Santa brought! They had fun opening presents, and got a lot of nice things which they have spent all day playing with. Thanks everyone for all the nice gifts! We love you and Merry Christmas to all!!!!!

Christmas Dresses

Thanks Grandma for the cute Christmas dresses!!!! The girls love them and were so excited to wear them today! They looked really cute. They are excited for Christmas to get here and we are hoping that they can be good enough for the next two days for Santa to want to stop at our house! It is really hard to be good when you are soooooo excited! I am hoping I can hold out with the excitement too!

Sierra's Christmas Program

It was the Kindergarten Christmas program today. They were so cute! They had learned so many Christmas songs and Sierra was on the front row and knew the words to all of them! They make these cute shirts every year--they are a classic, Bailey still has her's. Charlie and I couldn't believe that they got that many 5- and 6-year olds to learn and remember that many songs.

Christmas Tree

We got the Christmas Tree put up this weekend. It looks so nice. The girls had a blast helping me and Charlie kept popping in and out and telling us how beautiful it was. I love Christmas time. Our house looks so festive with all of our fun decorations up. Even the snow goose mount of Charlie's has a Santa Hat on!!
